Tiziano is also a member of the Board of Directors of several companies and deals with individuals and companies of all sizes. He advises high-net worth foreign investors on Swiss investments and activities and gives expert advice on corporate matters at a national and global level. He serves family-owned, closely held businesses and emerging companies as well as large, publicly traded corporations.

Tiziano’s extensive expertise and experience includes involvement in the domestic restructuring of companies. He advises Swiss and non-Swiss corporate clients with tax-efficient structuring of their business operations, along with providing counsel regarding the operation of private investment funds.

Moreover, Tiziano frequently provides advice and accompanied fundraising for start-up firms in the Swiss and international environment. He also facilitates the following areas: contact with banks (thereby ensuring tax-efficient structuring of transactions); implementing set-up and roll-over structures and determining the appropriate debt-equity mix.
